What should I wear to class?

Tight fitting leggings, shorts, t-shirts, vests or leotards and tights usually work well as this allows alignment and posture to be observed. It is recommended that you bring layers to add or remove as you wish. Jumpers and tracksuit bottoms are good for rest periods as they keep muscles warm. If you have ballet shoes or dance trainers then bring them along, however it is fine to wear socks or bare feet. Most importantly wear what makes you feel comfortable.

I have never danced before which class is right for me?

If you are an adult with no prior dance experience the Ballet fitness class will be perfect as the movement is ballet based but  the structure of the class ensures you get a full body work out. This makes it perfect for both beginners and advanced students. If you would like more information please do not hesitate to call or email us. If you want a head start why not try our private classes from £40 per hour.
