WHAT IS BALLET Fitness?
This class has the structure of a traditional ballet class which targets all areas of the body. However you will not be expected to wear a leotard (unless of course you want to). We will practice to modern music whilst improving posture, flexibility, strength and muscle memory.
WHAT TO WEAR
We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable. However it is important to dress appropriately for movement. Ballet shoes are great but not essential to start with, socks or bare feet are fine. Leggings, shorts, vests or t-shirts usually work well. Long hair should be tied up, wearing jewellery should be avoided and clothing should be stretchy. Please speak with us if you are unsure.
